One of the things that’s always struck me as odd is the number of references you get from a google on e-government to Malta and Dubai. There’s usually a few entries for each in the first 20-30 items. This one, though, looks to be one of the more relevant and even advanced: an online vehicle registration service that hooks into insurance companies too.
